Paul Lewis

Paul Lewis is chief strategist and founder of Harvard College VISION: Global Health Society. He founded VISION his freshman year of Harvard in 2014. He earned an A.B. in Neurobiology with a secondary concentration in Global Health and Health Policy in 2018 from Harvard College and wrote his senior thesis on visual invariance in macaques in the Livingstone Lab. As an undergrad, Paul was the President of HealthPALs and Community Education Chair of Drug and Alcohol Peer Advisors (two Peer Health Education groups on campus), the director for the Native American Youth Enrichment Program (a K-8 summer school), and a member of the course staff for life sciences (LS1a and LS1b). Paul will be attending Middlebury Language School this summer as part of his 1 year Fellowship to travel to Japan to study end of life care. Through this fellowship, he hopes to compare the U.S. and Japanese culture and gain an initial insight into the meaning of a high quality of life and a good death.
